- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships  
- Processing may take longer during peak seasons (holidays, sales events)

- Europe: 7-10 business days

- Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight  
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50 USD

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

- Track your order through the carrier's website

- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled (but can be returned per our Return Policy)  
  
9. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
