RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY  
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return  
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging  
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required  
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective  
  
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS  
- Perishable goods  
- Intimate or sanitary products  
- Hazardous materials  
- Items marked as "Final Sale"  
  
3. REFUND PROCESS  
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email at velooza77@gmail.com  
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days  
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)  
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error  
  
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost  
  
5. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number  
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective)  
  
6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS  
- If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:
